Campaign Caller
This positions allows the calling representative the chance to interact with the prospects to solicit business on the behalf of our client. This position requires the agent to make approximately 200 calls per day on a rolling average. The applicant must successfully complete a (20) day unpaid training course. At the conclusion of the training the applicant must pass an online exam to be offered a position of employment. There are currently (6) available positions. Pay will be commensurate with performance evaluations.
All telephone representatives must reside in the state of Iowa.
Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in sales and telemarketing.
Must be able to pass a physical and drug screen.
Mandatory the applicant can type 25 words per minute without an error. It will be tested prior to offer of employment.
Must be willing to work (4) straight 10 hours shifts.
Must have solid verbal skills and work well in a team environment.
Must be self motivated and disciplined.
Must meet company guidelines on total number of calls made, talk time and average handling time.
Campaign Supervisor
This position involves hands on coaching and developing of campaign callers into a successful sales unit. The applicant must successfully complete a (20) day paid training course. At the conclusion of the training the applicant must pass an online exam to be offered a position of employment. There are currently (2) available positions. Pay will be commensurate with performance evaluations. (This position will also be offered to internal employees.)
All telephone representatives must reside in the state of Iowa.
This position requires that applicants;
Must have a 4 year college degree or equal call center experience mandatory. No exceptions!
Must be able to pass a physical and drug screen.
Mandatory the applicant can type 25 words per minute without an error. It will be tested prior to offer of employment.
Must be willing to work (4) straight 10 hours shifts.
Must have solid verbal skills and possess the ability to lead in a team environment.
Must be self motivated and disciplined.
